Our turning envelope includes diameters up 7-3/4” in diameter with a maximum overall length of 9”. Our milling machines can handle a workpiece 6” x 8” x 4” high. We focus on lower volume, intricately detailed components on difficult to machine materials, with tight tolerances and finer surface finishes. Our burr control, fillet radius and corner break details are just as precise as the tolerances we hold. Tighter conformance to specification with exacting repeatability mean your products will perform better in form, fit and functionality.

We only use top of the line reliable machine tools, such as Nakamura and Okuma CNC lathes, with Matsuura, and Robodrill VMC's. We have approved suppliers with the ability to provide turnkey solutions on special processes such as plating, heat treating and EDM.
